Family

Pro and Family are independent services. Family does not include Pro personal limits or pool members’ storage.
Pay by card once or separately consent to renewal at the agreed price and term. SBP is a one-time payment. Canceling renewal preserves the paid remainder.
Access starts after payment confirmation. A one-time term follows any continuous paid remainder. On expiry, free limits apply unless another subscription extends them; care records are retained.
If files exceed the free limit when Pro ends, you have 30 days to choose which files to keep. Excess files are then deleted under the retention rules; text records remain.
